Judges’ seminar on detention of suspected counterfeit goods in external transit

A judges' seminar on the detention of suspected counterfeit goods in external transit is taking place at the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM) on 27 and 28 November. The seminar provides national judges and prosecutors who deal with criminal aspects of intellectual property rights to network with other European colleagues and discuss with them practical issues related to the topic and the interaction of the new custom regulation 608/2013 with Nokia/Philips case of the European Court of Justice.
