For the first time, both the special lecture and the working sessions of the Special Committees and Working Groups of the GRUR Annual Conference are addressing a general topic: "Digital Future".

Digitalisation impacts all areas of IP law, called “green law” in Germany, and offers us many new topics and legal questions that still need to be answered. The Annual Meeting attempts to develop answers and to identify further issues of interest. We are therefore very much looking forward to numerous participants who want to actively engage in the discussions and contribute to creating a legally secure digital future.
