Description

The Bavarian Regional Group of GRUR cordially invites you to this year's Annual Meeting, taking place in Munich from 12 to 15 October.

Numerous experts from Germany and abroad representing academia, industry and the professions, and also coming from the European Commission, the European Patent Office, the Federal Ministry of Justice and Consumer Protection as well as the German Federal Court of Justice will present and discuss with you current developments of intellectual property law in Germany, Europe and on the international level. Contributions from WIPO on the progress of the international protection regimes and a report of the German National Group of AIPPI on current projects in intellectual property law round off the working programme.

Besides the working sessions, the Annual Meeting will offer an attractive social programme. The Bavarian Regional Group of GRUR has gone to some length to take you to intriguing locations, starting with the Old Congress Hall, a listed remnant of the former Munich Trade Fair as venue for the working programme. The gala evening will take us 181 m above ground to the rotating restaurant of the Olympic Tower and on Saturday an excursion to Walchensee Power Station and Franz Marc Museum in Kochel will conclude the meeting in a most scenic Bavarian setting.

Yet another aspect makes this year's Annual Meeting very special: GRUR celebrates its 125th anniversary!
