The GRUR Regional Group Central-East of the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (GRUR) cordially invites you to take part in the GRUR Annual Meeting in Erfurt from 25 to 28 September 2013.

For over 50 years, the GRUR conference has been the most constant and popular German IP event, bringing together over 700 professionals from more than 30 nations and covering all areas of intellectual property law with particular focus on scientific, in-depth discussion of topical issues.

This year, high-level speakers from academia, private practice and institutions such as the German Federal Court of Justice, the German Ministry of Justice, the European Commission and the European Observatory will debate the latest developments in German and European IP law and share their visions on upcoming topics with you. The meeting will also give you an introduction to WIPO Green – The Sustainable Technology Marketplace, a new online platform which seeks to accelerate the adaptation, adoption and deployment of green technologies. Moreover, it will offer you insights into the origin, current activities and the future of the European Observatory on Infringements of Intellectual Property Rights and a wrap-up of the AIPPI Helsinki Forum & ExCo 2013.

Alongside the working programme, you will enjoy a rich social programme in and around Erfurt, an enchanting city rich in history and culture, located at the heart of Germany in the beautiful, up-and-coming region of Thuringia.
