Statement
The Association´s special committees and working groups discuss questions of national, European and international law and prepare position papers to be issued by GRUR on draft legislation, directives and treaties, and on questions of the application of the law. The position papers are provided to the competent ministries, authorities and committees. Due to their competence, neutrality and well-balanced considerations they are highly regarded. The Association gives also opinions on an international level regarding projects of the European Union, the WIPO and the WTO.
