Decision of the Executive Director adopting the Guidelines for Examination of European Union Trade Marks and Registered Community Designs at the EUIPO

On 25/07/2016, the Executive Director of the EUIPO signed the Decision adopting the second part of the revised Office Guidelines, which received a favorable opinion from EUIPO´s Management Board in May (Decision No EX-16-5 adopting the Guidelines). They will enter into force on 01/08/2016.
